Accessibility Statement
1. Our Commitment
Yoity is committed to making yoity.co and our digital products usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe personal growth should be clear and accessible — including how it’s delivered.
2. Standards We Work Toward
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the internationally recognized standard for digital accessibility. We are actively working toward full conformance and will continue improving as our site and content grow.
3. What We’ve Done
Steps we’ve taken to support accessibility on yoity.co include:
Semantic HTML and structured headings so screen readers can navigate content.
Alternative text on informative images.
Descriptive, action-oriented link text.
Readable color contrast that meets WCAG AA minimums for body text.
Keyboard navigability for primary site areas.
Responsive layouts that work on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Captions or transcripts for video content where feasible.
4. Known Limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time project. We’re aware that some areas of yoity.co may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations include:
Some third-party embeds (e.g., social media widgets, payment flows) may not fully match our accessibility standards.
Older articles or downloadable PDFs may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers.
Captions and transcripts for older or guest-contributed videos may be incomplete.
We’re actively working to address these.
5. Assistive Technology Compatibility
yoity.co is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers and assistive technologies, including:
Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge (most recent two versions).
Screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
Voice input tools such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking and built-in OS voice control.
If you’re using an older browser or assistive technology, you may experience inconsistencies.
6. Feedback and Requests
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on yoity.co, or need content delivered in an alternative format, please let us know. Email yoityofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "Accessibility Feedback" and include:
The page URL or product where you encountered the issue.
A brief description of the issue and what you were trying to do.
The device, browser, and assistive technology (if any) you were using.
We aim to respond within 5 business days and will work with you to find a solution.
7. Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is a continuing priority at Yoity. As the platform grows, we will audit new features for accessibility, train anyone contributing content on accessibility basics, and revisit this statement at least annually.
8. Contact
Accessibility questions, feedback, or formatting requests: yoityofficial@gmail.com.
Important: This Accessibility Statement reflects intentions and best practices. To be fully defensible under the ADA and similar laws (in particular for businesses with broad public reach), Yoity should run a formal WCAG 2.1 AA audit (automated + manual) and remediate identified issues. Consider a third-party accessibility audit before scaling user acquisition.
