Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how YOITY LLC ("Yoity," "we," "us," or "our") handles refunds for purchases made on yoity.co. It applies to all products sold by Yoity and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
2. Digital Products — No Refunds
All Digital Products sold by Yoity — including e-books, guides, workbooks, prompt packs, and any other downloadable or digitally delivered content — are final sale and non-refundable.
Because Digital Products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final at the time of purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, exchange, or credit.
Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Physical Products — Limited Refund Eligibility
If Yoity sells physical products, refunds are available only in the following situations:
Damaged in transit — The item arrived visibly damaged due to shipping. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage. Defective item — The item has a manufacturing defect that affects its intended use. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Wrong item shipped — You received an item that differs from what you ordered. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Refunds will not be issued for physical products in the following cases:
Change of mind or buyer's remorse Damage caused after delivery Items not reported within the 7-day window Items marked "final sale" at checkout
To initiate a refund for a physical product, follow the process outlined in Section 6 below.
4. Free Products and Lead Magnets
Free Digital Products (including free e-books and other free resources) are offered at no cost and are not eligible for refunds. You may unsubscribe from any related email sequence at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
5. Pro Bridge and Third-Party Professionals
Pro Bridge connects you with independent coaches, practitioners, and other professionals ("Professionals"). Any fees paid directly to a Professional are subject to that Professional's own refund and cancellation terms. Yoity is not party to the transaction and does not issue refunds on behalf of Professionals.
If Yoity charges a separate fee for Pro Bridge matching (now or in the future), that fee is final sale and non-refundable unless we determine, at our sole discretion, that a technical failure on our end prevented you from accessing the service.
6. How to Request a Refund (Physical Products Only)
If you believe your physical product qualifies for a refund under Section 3, send a request to yoityofficial@gmail.com with the following:
Subject line: "Refund Request — [Order Number]"The email address used at checkout Your order number or Stripe receipt The name of the product and date of purchase A description of the issue Photos documenting the damage or defect (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe (or the original payment processor). Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, though some banks may take longer. You will not be charged a refund processing fee.
If your purchase included applicable sales tax, the tax amount will be refunded along with the product amount.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly by email. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your Yoity account and loss of access to previously purchased Digital Products.
9. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
We may grant refunds at our sole discretion in cases such as a technical failure that prevented you from accessing a product, or duplicate charges. Reach out to us at support@yoity.co and we'll work with you.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.
