2. Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, you may:
View, download, and print content on yoity.co for your personal, non-commercial use.
Share short excerpts (e.g., a quote or a paragraph) on social media or in private communications, with clear attribution to Yoity and a link back to the original page on yoity.co.
Use purchased Digital Products for your own personal use under the license granted in our Terms of Service.
3. Prohibited Use
Without prior written permission from Yoity, you may NOT:
Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any Yoity content in whole or in substantial part on any website, newsletter, social media account, app, or other medium.
Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit any Yoity content or Digital Product.
Create derivative works — including translations, summaries, or adaptations — based on Yoity content.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.
Use Yoity content, name, logo, or brand assets in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written consent.
Use Yoity content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, dataset, or system.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from yoity.co using automated tools.
4. Requesting Permission
If you’d like to use Yoity content in a way that isn’t covered above — including media features, interviews, educational use, translations, or partnership content — please email yoityofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "Permission Request" and describe the use, audience, and attribution plan.
5. DMCA Notice and Takedown
Yoity respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that content on yoity.co infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

If your content was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to the email above.
7. Repeat Infringers
Yoity will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users or Professionals who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
